Yeah ran 1x 105 ss/gs combos for ages before clutched road became a thing. Never an issue on or off road. In fact the only time I've had a chain come off was recently on road and on a clutched RD.
Assuming GS, I did 40, but while you find it will work it works much better with the link.
Genuinely, what is the advantage over flat bars on this?
Ok, the deep winter socks are banging, much warmer than woolie boolies. They are pretty long but have enough stretch over the calfs to not been uncomfortable. Recommended!
Not sure if you can still find them, I thought void folded. But these are if you can find them great. Only good below 1 or 2 other wise they are too warm.
