PS @Quincy, if you still fancy the all black DW 5600BBN and haven't picked one up yet, you're welcome to have my old one for super cheeps. Offer obvs open to anyone else as well.
Given how pricey they are now, i'm not even sure it counts as a humble brag :)
Had a new watch arrive to help cheer me up this morning. Bought on impulse but really quite pleased with it.
As others have said, squats, lunges and lower back all good. Might be an idea to incorporate some isometric holds (eg wall squats), dynamic twists and balance work on a bosu / swiss ball if possible.

Obviously the most important thing is to just stop turning when you're tired.
You need to be careful with introducing objective analysis to your watches - once you start down that path all roads lead to G-Shock (or Garmin etc) and the Trinity disappear in a puff of logic.
I agree - think it’s a strong offering and that it’ll sell out. Love the dome crystal and vintage vibe. Ten times better than the recent gun barrel offering. I just hope they end up making a version of the design with a more ‘normal’ lume / price as I think with a few tweaks it would be a smash.
That looks fantastic - you’re hired.
I really rather like it but think the fauxtina bezel is that step too far and tips it into beige overload. The price though. The frigging price. £7,390 for the mesh!
That is awesome! Well, there's no excuses then - I expect to see you in Beijing 2022 :)
