I was originally running non-series BR-R785, then replaced one with a deore caliper. I think any single piston Shimano post mount caliper is compatible. The lever was R8070.

For sale: Brian Rourke 853 fillet brazed frame with wound up fork from 2015. SOLD. Details as follows:
Disc tabs are IS mount.
Quick release drop outs.
Spacing is 100mm/135mm.
Routing is for electronic and hydraulic only.
Frame accommodates a 27.2mm seat post and standard non-tapered 1 1/8" steerer.Geometry:
- ST centre to top = 59.5cm
- ST centre to centre = 56.5cm
- TT = 56.5cm
- TT effective = 57.5cm
- HT = 19cm
- Chain stay = 42.5cm
SA and HA are 73 and 73deg respectively. The top tube is gently sloping; roughly 4cm drop from front to back. The fork is cut but has 26.5cm of steerer tube. The frameset has fairly tall stack / short reach. I am 6ft 2", all legs and arms, and it fit me well.
