Build is done (for now). Will change the pedals and need to find a nice wheelset with braking surface. Pretty stoked on how the build turned out.

Internal routing, filled fork crown to fit 25c tires and ready for front/rear brake.

@ltc I will go with a riser for now, maybe i´ll switch over to road bars in summer.

The second child is just around the corner and my bike is slowly having to adapt to the new situation. Because I love the bike too much, I now need brakes. The local frame builder is working his magic and hopefully the bike will be ready by the weekend.

    Build plan:

    • Tektro lightweight brakes
    • Dia-Compe levers
    • vintage steel stem
    • kcnc riser

My daughter is turning 2 soon, so it´s time for her first bike.
I just bought a pretty beat up kukua of ebay that I´m planing to throw some stuf from the partsbin on.

    Build plan:

    • Hylix carbon seatpost (25,4)
    • Fizik Antares carbon saddle
    • 90s GT flatbar (black)
    • Mash SF bar ends (oil slik)
    • cotton bartape
    • Purple seatpost clamp - NEW
    • 35mm stem (black) - NEW

    WTB:

    • carbon bars (25,4)
    • Cult x Vans tires (pink/purple camo)
    • purple headset

Clamp and stem will be arriving next week, until them I will disassemble the bike, clean and grease everything. Can´t wait to build this thing up and put it under the christmas tree.

Pretty much done for now. Found a Ti SLR, switched to an izumi chain (insanly noisy...) and added some silver dust caps to the crank arms. Need to file the fork crown next, in order to fit 25c conto tires.

No, no model number. I just compared a used one, I bought off ebay some time ago, to one I just bought new. Also seems like the whole krankarms changed their shape (a bit).

I just bought pair of these Miche cranks. It looks like, that they redesigned them aroud the area, where it (used to?) crack.
