Not sure where you can source a frame but there's some nice reminiscences of AJ Hodge here:

Definite 1950s vibes to this 80s modified number in Romford. I recognise the lugs but can't place them...

@scotts I guess it depends how much you want/need it and how disappointed you'd be if it sold. If it doesn't sell this time a cheeky (£300?) Offer might work? I bought a 26" Condor for £40 but ended up spending another £300 (inc. Powdercoating) to get it on the road so even the bargains can add up! It's racked up 1000s of comfortable miles since, so worth every penny.
70cm 80s whopper in Hastings. I think its been for sale before...

Loving the Regina Gran Sport info. The 5 speed (15-26) I have came on my '53 Ellis Briggs and carries the date code 855. I'd wrongly assumed it was from the 70s. It was mounted on F.B. low flange flip-flop hub with tied and soldered spokes on a weinmann rim. The freewheel is unfortunately a bit loose and rough sounding.

I'd say if the Yates were a more regular say, 58cm, frame something like £200-250 would be fair price. But for such a big frame both the supply and the demand are erm, ...tiny. I'm always trawling ebay (pointlessly looking at steel bikes I'm not going to buy) and there's probably at most a handful of frame that size crop up per year.
It's probably optimistically priced but with a polish, some white bar tape, new pedals and some gumwalls it'll be a great looking useful bike. It may well drop further but I suppose it then becomes a game of nerves with the other people watching it.One thing to note is it looks like it has braze-ons on the NDS seat stay and fork for some type of Dynamo system.
