There looked to be a fairly bad accident on the Outer Circle shortly after midday today. Looked like they may have hit the rear of a Vauxhall.
I didn't stop as police were on scene at the time. I hope everyone was ok.
The driving around RP was horrendous today, such as the cars stopping for no reason. Then again there was the odd cyclist riding stupidly - particularly the dark and orange Pinarello that kept jumping lights.
