London BMX has launched a new female centred programme called BMXercise!
BMXercise is a new fitness experience based around BMX training and designed specifically with women in mind. The sessions are delivered to music, outside on a local BMX track, by qualified BMX specific coaches and aim at improving key BMX skills such as: balance, core-strength and anaerobic power.
BMXercise caters for all abilities and doesn't require any previous BMX experience. It's a great chance for women looking to keep fit, get back in to sport or for keen bikers to try a new variation of cycling! Whatever the reason BMXercise is a great way to maintain an active lifestyle, so head down to your local track!
