Subbed, I love these frames. The forks remind me of little t-rex arms.

See plenty dotted about town, especially over the baltic triangle. Even seen a few around my way in Knowsley but that might be down to the velodrome

Luckily I work on different sites often so dont have to put up with much grief. But when im back at the office/workshop I just get slaughtered left right and centre. Is it just me that finds it really difficult to explain what exactly im drinking?

Telling people its like a diet shake tends to work a little, but then I get a secondary slaughtering for having a 'diet shake' and not shoving microwave pizza down my throat...

First week using huel for mainly lunch but sometimes breakfast. Im finding it alright, its really nice not to have to think about what im having for my lunch the next day or having to put the effort into preparing food the night before. Ended up learning the hard way that I have to just get it down my neck and not sip on it though, really does hit the stomach fast and fill you up!

I am finding that sometimes I get killer heartburn, unsure if thats just me or has anyone else experienced it? Guess its time to jump on the apple cider vinegar bandwagon and see if it improves.

Oh thats a beauty mate! Lovely shade of grey too. I really like it with the rack/guards on. What guards have you used?

On another note, iv been paid today! So the bikes gone to the lbs for the bb and headset fitted, in the mean time im attempting to clean up the ratty £40 105 cranks that I bought and going through the laborious task of de-stickering the wheels. Any tips for super sticky adhesive shite left from the stickers? Acetone doesnt seem to be doing the trick.

Seen as iv been paid, its time to fork out for a shifter. Iv had a look on tri marketplaces as per @Verbs_&_Nouns brilliant idea, cheers for the shout! but there does appear to be a severe lack of 11 speed shifters around... so new it is!

Before I dive in and buy a pair of microshift shifters, is there any compatibility issues similar or the same with bar end shifters as there is with regular intergrated brake/shifter set ups? Like will a sram bar end shifter not work with a 105 rear mech?

The only reason I say this is because CRC offer the SRAM 11 speed bar end shifters seperately, so it saves me having to fork out for two shifters, one of which I dont need!

Cheers guys, ill have to get some pictures up and jazz the thread up tomorrow. Its been lacking up to now due to work commitments sadly.

My bad, by friction I mean both friction and bar end. But yes, you are correct i think.

There are only a few 11 speed bar end shifters out there, unless I could somehow make a 10 speed stretch. If not ill have to splash on some. Im a bit in shock at the price of them to be honest, I thought they would be cheaper than £50/£60!
