Nice work as always, I'm getting more and more convinced that I need to befriend a framebuilder, or get my act together and learn how to weld myself.
On the RD-7402 the upper pulley wheel has it's teeth made out of metal, whereas the lower pulley wheel is full plastic. Why is this, greater forces on the upper?
Obviously this is not how it's done (I'm sorry, I never get these lists to work)
