👋 pretty good over here. same to you!
nice ! LB rims are the new fixed standard it seems. what hubs ?
It’s a Mack Superlight on the rear and a Bitex RAF12 front.
sounds great. i have a pair of superlights waiting to turn into something similar when $ allows
I’ll also be a DNS for Thursday morning in all likelihood. Pub booking tomorrow night is going to interfere. May get down for laps tomorrow AM
realised the other day that as I temporarily live really close to RP I should do these,
so expect to see me in the next few weeks once i've assembled a sweet fixie
I'm going to suggest we move these to Tuesdays so as to not overlap with THN club, all good with that?
Tuesday is good with too, didn't have time to build the l96 yesetrday so rolled out the roadie this morning for some chilled laps repping the skinsuit.
I'm usually at Tuesday laps with colleagues but I'll wave :)
People doing Tuesday or Thursday this week?
I’m hoping to do tomorrow morning, but not sure if I’ll be fixed or geared yet.
There’s this thread too -
I'll most likely be there with another group but I may wear my forum colours and wave twice per lap going in the opposite direction
Do people here know what/if anything came of that roadie who got their bike totally tacoed by a mental driver on RP the other day?
Hadn’t spotted that one. Will keep an eye on both.
Low mileage last week so will get out tomorrow morning. Happy fixed or geared
Yep. My preference will be gears this week.
