I'm so exhausted from moving Chloe out of her flat in Oxford that tmw my effort level will be around 3/10...
Genuinely wish i could but I'm nursing lots of different creaks and grumbles in my pathetic body at the moment. have only just started training today so gotta be careful. Chasing you and @6pt around kent will definitely not enable this. With regret, am definitely out
Marshalling the Newbury 12hr, aka heckling Hippy.
Out tonight and my bike is in bits so also out. And similarly to Jim, I'm not sure I will enjoy chasing tom up hills with a hangover
what time do you reckon we'll be back for? I'm exhausted, and have lunchy timey commitments, but am keen.
I have to be back by 1. I'll intercept you at elmers end at 9:15? 9:20? And then turn off if/when appropriate to make my cut-off :)
I'm out for tomorrow due to university commitments hand-in soon, plus tutor and mentor on my back with the lack of work vs the amount of riding! =( hopefully if I done enough work then I can join you guys for next weekend's ride! =)
Ride safe guys! =)
Yep, should be fine. We'll be leaving Cadence @9, so should be there well by 9:15...
Overslept, exhausted. Out :(
That was miserable.
Also, having stalked @jim1985
Your recovery seems pretty decent!
You guys must have been mid ride when all that mingin drizzle started?
'Recovery'has a very long way to go... Lost a lot of power. Bloody ankles arent happy from running either. Hopefully putting my trainers into hibernation and ceasing that barbaric activity will sort it.
