You know the drill - Welwyn Garden City
39 miles, one slightly draggy hill, a few undulations and a travelator.
Train out: KGX 19:06, arrives 19:42 or 19:21 arrives 19:55 (alternatively: Old Street 19:03, arrives 19:49)
Train back: 22:22, 22:52, 23:22, last train 23:24
(might want to check these train times, because I have not!)
It's all good baby baby
I like this one cos most of it's downhill
Probably, even though it means missing the second Eurovision semifinal.
Urgh, I've just realised it's Spurs v Arsenal on Thursday which means any hopes for a return from our glorious leader are surely dashed.. (which also means someone else will have to tell Russell to stop riding at 40kph).
We're getting the 19.28 train out that gets to WGC at 19.55
Good. That gives me time to finish dinner.
Trains all messed up, there's a broken down train ahead of us.
Looks like they're gonna skip the stops between Hadley Wood and Welwyn though so maybe won't lose too much time
We've bailed on the train in Barnet and are aborting. You guys have fun.
Ah sucks. Ok well next time!
Sorry to lose you guys.
More importantly though, you missed the first ever WGC pub visit! :(
My poor legs. Could barely make it down the stairs this morning
New Barnet was not what I had in mind for my Thursday evening ride :/
Didn't actually get any pictures of the ride. The Londis has a pretty wild range of American sweets
