Rough assembly I’m the office storage room while waiting for a 26T rear cog and 115T belt. The nexus shift cable standoff sits way too close to a roadbike cable boss so something must be done to avoid this bend. Maybe a clamp on boss?

Side effect of searching marketplace for parts, I found a Geoff Roberts in my size from its second owner for cheaper than a carbon belt and rear cog

Found a Bianchi branded 25mm diameter carbon post at a swap meet for 10€. I thought finding a semi decent post for this was going to be the hardest job at first

Perhaps drill out the rivets securing the cable guide in its current position to remove it, then re drill the chainstay and rivet the guide back on in a more convenient location closer to the bottom bracket ?

Rear cog for the gates CDX came in. Also thinking to 3D print a BB mounted cable stop to allow a smoother transition towards the rear hub

Hopefully this can work as a cable housing stop instead of the existing BB cable guide

What a gift to witness sickos half a world away living out their psychotic commuter fantasies. Love this very much.
Pretty much most of the early carbon lugged frames were done like this and painted after. No idea what adhesive was ok the bolts originally
