WTD: left hand friction shifter mount

Funny one, anybody have a cheap left hand shifter they could pass on for me to take apart for the mount so I can put this nice shifter
I got off @Browndonneur to my partner’s handlebars? Turns out the band-on mount on the tourer we’re building won’t take it (the mounting posts are circular, not squared off) and if I’ve gotta buy another bit I think it’d be better to have the shifter up top and use the band-on mounted cable stops. Thanks.
