Looking for a Shiftmate 6 to get Shimano 10 speed road (5700/6700) shifters working with a 10 speed rear SLX derailleur.

I'm assuming you're looking for something cheaper than what SJScycles have to offer, as they both own Jtek and have this in stock: https://www.sjscycles.co.uk/cables/jtek-shiftmate-6/

Yeah, really to see if someone had one they no longer used first and then go for this. That's interesting, didn't know they owned Jtek!
