WT parts to finish a ss commuter / plush beater

My single speed daily hack has been stolen, so I’m going to build up a replacement from what I have in the loft. I have everything pictured and some tektro town/flat bar brake levers. I need:
- some flat swept back town bars (vo belleville or similar)
- quill stem, shortish
- ss freewheel - 15t or thereabouts
- chain
- pedals, any plain boring flat pedals will do
- brake cable(s) + housing
would like but less urgent:
- I would prefer to have a rear brake as well as front. Front is a campagnolo athena and would be lovely to match it, but I don’t mind
- wald 137 basket - had one on my stolen bike and have a RAL bag that fits in it...

Very nice town bike. I got some cables f&R ,and outer casing but only long enough for front brake only. Sw london based.
