Giro Empire heel replacement

Can someone help me find s replacemenet for the Giro Empire heel?
Mine have fallen appart. Size is 43 and apparently are out of stock everywhere.

For temporary solution you could get some shoe rubber from a cobblers or hardware store and shoe goo it on to the worn one.

I've done it to most of my shoes as they don't have replaceable bits and they're all pretty old and have done dumb things like TCR hike a bike parcours, etc

would just take it to a cobbler and put vibram sole on it.
