Commuting-style rain jacket - L - effective ie breathable & waterproof

Looking for something relatively hardwearing (more commuting & touring than racing) that breathes and keeps dry. A Mavic Goretex jacket and a Berghaus Velum goretex went for around the £30 mark on here recently which would be great but happy to pay up to £50 or so if anyone's got something that fits the bill.

Ideally:
L or M/L, around 22-23" pit to pit
Goretex or better
Pit zips would be great
Longer at the back
Not too fussed about colours but visibility over stealthness

Will pass this on free to the forum once sorted above (if anyone wants it!) I'm after pretty much the same measurements but just want something properly waterproof. This keeps the wind out but that's all - super leaky and completely unbreathable, size M but see measurements. The red is brighter than seems here and cut is quite nice.
