FS: ILE Porteur Rack Bag

Got this from @TvH a few months ago, tried it for a few commutes, but doesn't quite fit the bike I intended to use it on. Held on to it to see if I could be bothered to change the bike set up around it, but it doesn't look it'll happen any time soon.

Bag is in good condition, bit of wear on the bottom and marks on the white inside liner, but plenty of life left. Really well made, sad it doesn't work for my set up.

Would like to get back what I paid for it, so £95 collected from Leyton (E10) or can meet in Central London during commute.

can I check, what's the width between the two straps (outside to outside or centre to centre)? I.e. how wide a platform is needed to engage both straps
