  • A bit of a strange request, but I’ve gotta have a minor foot operation next week, that’s minor enough to not be given crutches by the nhs but the big taped up bandage makes walking conventionally a little annoying for a couple days until they get removed. This is the second time I’ve had it done and limping like a zombie too and from the tube station to get to work is not something I’d like to do again haha.

Dunno how likely it is someone even has some, but if you live in London and wouldn’t mind lending them to me from next Friday to the following Monday, let me know

  • Shame you aren't in Biggleswade as I can loan you a pair.

  • The Red Cross hire wheel chairs and other mobility aids. Is it worth giving them a ring to see if they have crutches? (Possibly also Age Concern? You could explain the situation and offer to give a donation?).

  • Where are you based? I can bring to London my spare set next week.

  • I got a set in SW4 you can use. Flat mate broke his ankle a year ago and been sat in a cupboard since

  • Also might be worth asking the physio department/ ortho ward at the hospital as they often get returned but not reused.

  • Got some in E10

  • Ah cheers for the offer all! Gonna see about @yepre offer first as they’re closest, much appreciated
