What bike is this from streetview?

i was watching the new Not Just Bikes vid and the guy mentioned a place in Switzerland named Winterthur, which is allegedly the most bike-friendly city in Switzerland.

so i plopped a pin down in streetview and was immediately convinced. that's a classic build with a Columbus Max tubeset.

but i just..can't..quite..make out the brand squints harder
anyone have any guesses? it's beautiful.

Could be a Sancineto, going off of the font and the seat stay cluster. Though the letters seem to spell out something else. @JeremyDaval might be able to confirm.
