Replacing my frameset. Ordered a steamroller at work because there is stock and why not. Banana candy yellow.
Plans are a flat bar build, mainly pulling stuff off my tempo. Thinking purple hope headset, seat clamp. I have a mtzoom xc bar and a enve stem in my parts bin. Just grabbed a Paul e lever here. Maybe see if I can get hands on a Paul racer medium brake.
What’s the biggest mudguards I can fit on this frame?
good to see some love for a yellow frame on here.
Hope headset and seatpost clamp ordered. Found some purple hope bar ends in stock at work. Didn’t see a dispatch notice at work so probably looking at Monday for the frame. If it does turn up on Monday I’ll cycle out and build it as it’s my day off.
Hope stuff dispatched. Surly box arrived this morning. Looks like it will be built on Monday!!
good frame, even better color. will be looking great with purple.
mmm rhubarb and custard
Just waiting on some bullmoose bars, brooks saddle and a new lever (one I bought on here was listed as wrong size).
Love the colour
+1 for the colour. Looks great!
What size is this one please?
Made it more practical. Aero bars, mudguard(s) will be a pair when I get time. Modified rack and strut to fit. Also put on some salsa bends. Next thing is to get a Paul medium racer and lever. I also have an 80’s NOS team pro, I’d need something like a Paul tall and handsome to get it to work though.
nice! the yellow really pops!
i think i'd like some kind of alternate hand positions since switching to flat(ish) bars from drops on my kepler. i don't think i want to go full tt though, maybe just some inboard bar ends.
