I have some RideLondon - Essex 100 charity places available for this charity:
The charity is run entirely by volunteers who work from their home, so any money raised by you as after all the effort and training and doing the event itself will go directly to the charitable aims of LDA
If you want a place and fundraise for this fantastic charity see for a link to apply for one here:

Lyme Disease Facts
I once bought a bike off someone who used to be a top tier mtber but then got Lyme disease and has since been unable to ride in any real capacity, real eye opener and quite tragic
That is why LDA exists - to raise awareness amongst the public and also the medical profession as well so that patients can get the treatment they need as soon as possible.
Be tick aware - check for ticks if you sit on grass and remove them promptly and in the correct manner (see the website above) and then you are much less likely to get infected - not all ticks carry Lyme disease so if you are aware that is the key!
So enjoy your cycling - LDA has places for the event because you don't have to be afraid of exercising and cycling - just be aware.
The 2022 event itself is on 29th May
But you need to apply for a place now....
The window is still just open for you for a place if you still want to ride it.
You will help so many people with that effort!
Your application for the places needs to be submitted on the console before the deadline:
"all entries must be registered before 16:00 29 April 2022".
If you have a place already then you can also fundraise for LDA
And make all that effort even more worth while!
Bump in case anyone else is looking for a place in the 100. Registration ends Friday 4pm.
And they haven't asked for a big fundraising commitment like most charities usually do.
Deadline to register for RideLondon-Essex 100 has been extended and will now close on Wednesday 4 May at 16:00.
Extremely limited places for the event still available.
