What inners? I didn't bother for the T24 but for Badlands I swapped the standard ones with my custom ones from my cycling shoes. I probably should think about this more carefully when I actually start "training" for

Nothing especially fancy. A pair of these Superfeet Carbon which I had spare
I also like the footbeds from Sole too, which are stiffer, but I'll see how the Superfeet hold up first, as they seem a better fit, without faffing about trimming them

Actually they just reminded me that I bought a spare pare of the posh Shimano inners. I could throw them in my MTB shoes (or swap the older road ones out for them).
