yes!

Love the woven outer dynamo protection - inspired!
Going to steal that idea and do it on my Bullitt. -
• #8
Thanks! I do that on all my bikes with dynamos - it's that expanding nylon braid that's normally used in PC builds. Just gives the cables an extra layer of protection from abrasion etc

Nice, glws.
@Mikenetic is someone you want to buy a bike from. His stuff is very nicely put together and maintained.

Such a great idea

didnt think B&M lights played with SON lights. Nice cabling as well!

Would this be a good dad spec bike for child carrying duty?
-
• #14
Yeah, especially if you went all-in on the child roll cage arrangement! I have transported a slightly drunk 80Kg person up a hill on it, so the gearing would be fine for kid-hauling I reckon.

child roll cage arrangement
Is that when you shut the lid of the box with them inside?
-
• #16
Yeah, it's the best way to muffle the yelling

Just to say I have the folding child seat and bbx side panels up for grabs for the buyer. In Sweden, but happy to work out post
I'm moving out of London early next year and I'm not in a position to take my Bullitt with me. So it's up for sale.
I've had such a laugh owning this bike. It's handled shopping and commuting duties and I've ridden it on the Dun Run, and taken a trip up Swains Lane a few times as well.
It's an early model frame in bright pink. Spec includes:
SLX 1x11 groupset with a 42t cassette and 34t chainring
Shimano flat/SPD pedals
Wheelset: Halo rims, with a Shutter Precision dynamo front hub, and a Hope rear.
Swept handlebar with Velo Orange grips
Front light is a B&M unit, rear is a SON - both of them have standlights
Aluminium lockable box with gas lifts for the lid. This can be removed by undoing 4 bolts. Box sides have reflective vinyl detailing
£1,950 collected from North London
