2 good books for geeking out.
I don’t (can’t) go fast enough to warrant holding onto these.
Yours for the cost of postage (£5?)
Are these still relevant or am I a dinosaur?
Interesting to see Pantani on the cover of the Training Bible ...relevant to the contents?
I have an edition of that book and I can confirm that ' do loads of crack cocaine ' is not one of the training methodologies. Mine doesn't have Pantani on the cover though (and is upside down in the bookshelf for some reason).
Don’t follow Pantani’s example.
So that's where I've been going wrong
These are a bargain i 've got both of these and both are still 90% upto date all the principles are still widely recommended. Although to really get the best out of them you have to read them and use them to design a progressive structured training plan that you then have to follow up with loads of cycling which can seem like a chore sometimes 😴
