There’s a guy locally selling an extrawheel for a song. Are they useful for touring? Is it better to move some weight from the bike to a trailer? TIA for any answers.
I remember reading good user reviews about them years ago. The selling point being that the wheel is same size as bike, so better than a normal trailer in that sense for tyre replacement/spares carrying. Definitely an interesting thing, I'd go for it.
