Im looking to get myself a custom frame bag (probably one that half fills the frame) as i am a giant and anything off the shelf would look absurd on my bike which is the size of a farm gate.
I see alpkit do custom frame bags and so do Restrap but im wondering if anyone else has any good recommendations for quality bags. It would be great if it could be waterproof (or as near as possible). i like the look of the Apidura bags and they seem to get a lot of good reviews but sadly they don't do a custom option.
All help much appreciated

THAT is a very nice looking set of bike bags! @Tijmen loving your work my friend! How do these bags handle bad weather (which we get an awful lot of in the UK)?
Thanks @scraplab. They look really well put together and super meticulously made. So gald ive seen these two options thanks guys 👍
I've got something in the works with Mack Workshop right now - lovely person, easy to work with and knows a lot. https://www.mackworkshop.com
I had the same question re: weather proofing, so I've gone for a Carradice-spec cotton duck that I'll apply wax to. I know Jon has been doing some work with superdry canvas recently too: https://www.instagram.com/p/CS9OgrSMDn4/
Waterproofness is a tricky subject, the only truly waterproof bags are welded rather than sewn, like Ortlieb. But my frame bags have been tested in proper Dutch rain and managed to keep the contents dry.
I use fully waterproof outer and liner fabric, leaving two points of entry for water: the seams and the zippers, with the zippers being the weak spot. I use YKK aquaguars water resistant zips, a more waterproof alternative would be a regular zip with a flap over it like the pictured Gramm bag.
The closest you’ll get to waterproof is a roll top frame bag, but they’re a bit of a faff to open and add some bulk so they’re not great if your pedaling style has your knees close the top tube.
