Evening - have managed to strip the pedal thread on the left arm of my 105 crankset - pictured below. If anyone has one knocking about or similar crankset
I think there is a threaded part you can buy to solve this
Wasn’t aware that was an option, will have to take a look in to it
They have them even on the bay but I couldn’t create a link I’m old school I’m afraid
What did you search? I also need this.
I’ve got a nds 175mm Tiagra 4600 arm (silver not black) if you’re desperate!
I've just swapped out my 105 crankset so have one that I'll be getting rid of - it's not the latest version. Can send details and photos if it's of interest.
The insert looks like an interesting solution though so hopefully that'll work.
@Danimal - @vilms5000 - thanks for the offers
Going to speak with LBS tomorrow and see if they can repair similar to the video @littleK posted - not sure that’s a repair I’d be confident doing myself!
Thanks for the guidance
Got a silver 10 spd 105 crankset i can let go. 175mm crank length
i've got a left crank arm in N1 (105, 175mm black) - replaced mine with a crank powermeter.
@SwaTee will DM you
Got a black triple 105 crank here in black.
