Help needed 2K budget, what do I buy and where do I go?

Hi all,

I have a cyclescheme budget of 2k for a bike what do you think I should buy and where from?

Was thinking along the lines of maybe a Brooklyn Gangsta build etc, or am I barking up the wrong tree?
