Hi all, I'm after a light wheel set for a Cervelo R3. £300 budget.
Ta very much.
A R3 needs a better set off hoops than £300.
Prolite Bortola 24/20, 17mm wide, no QR skewers. 1581g actual (700/881)
They're been used for a couple of loops around the estate to test some (lightweight 38mm) tyres out, there is the barest sign a brake block has been on them but zero actual wear.
Novatec anti-bite Shimano freehub body+ original unused Prolite campag body (in the Novatec box) and a Shimano version, again unused. The latter has slight lockring thread damage but is fine, it was sent direct from Prolite but turned up with the damage however I got a lockring screwed in no problem. You can swap between the Shimano/Campag fairly easily.
£243 incl insured post, £230 collected N.herts.
Hunt Race Aero Superdura. Under 1500km done.
Nice one people. Will let you know 🙏
Bargain basement option: £100 Roval Fusee SLX 23 with a few seasons left in them. Recent freehub replacement. Sorry no photo right now, but look something like this…
I have a set of Mavic R-Sys SLR you can have. Not for £300 though.
Paid £1,100 for them and have done 1,405km.
Would let them go for £600
sent you message. ta.
Ta everyone. Wheels sorted 🙏
