So many out there, any funky recommendations especially for short ones rather than Wiggins like football socks?
Are these what you mean by short?

I've always worn trainer socks, the ones you don't see, but I always get jip from 'proper' cyclists so invested in the above recently and finding them pretty good.
The b&w primal ones got a bit of mud splashed on them on the first usage which has stained the white bits so maybe avoid them for any offroading/gravel etc.
By short I’d say just over half the height of the colourful ones
I think 10cm is what I’m talking about
I'm also not a fan of calf height socks - PX/On-One used to do just above ankle height Merino jobs but it looks like they've stopped now.
From a quick google Defeet do several style of their socks in 3" cuff.
You might struggle find the funky ones in the UK, but the base colours are knocking around.
Decathlon also do a road sock that's shorter than most.
I've never bought from them, but Prendas have some funk in their socks.
I have some Inov8 merino running socks which are nice, short and warm
I have been a fan of Stance for over three years now. Solid performance socks for winter cycling, skiing and skating.
I'm on the lookout for some merino no show socks, preferably in white, to replace all the cotton ones I've brought in previous years.
Thinking something like this
any other alternatives I should be looking at?
