Sold: Giro Privateer OR Lace shoe - size 46 (UK11)

Eh up!

Purchased these shoes from Chain Reaction for £130 back in September '20, used half a dozen of times before winter (so they've never been muddy or wet), and due to a foot injury, it's time for them to go to a new home (and for me to continue the search of finding a comfortable cycling shoe sobs).

Size 46 / UK 11.

In general, they are in an excellent condition, with no scuffs on the shoes apart from very minor ones on the sole (see pictures). Tread on the bottom is as new. I can include SPD cleats if needed or I can remove before posting.

I'm based in Leeds, so feel free to collect if local, otherwise it's going to be £4.50 posted (using Hermes, I will check Royal Mail to see if cheaper)

Consider Giros 'HV' models - bit roomier, if that's your issue.

Have done 10K+ miles in my HV privateers offroad and they're still going strong!

I have had similar issues...tried LAKE MX176 wide...but no good...so got a pair of Sidi Eagle Mega MTB shoes and total comfort...the problem was in the toe box.

@marxist_vulcan, the toebox on the Sidis are wider than the Lake? That's unexpected for me. I will look at that Sidis.

Yes...when pedaling in the Lake shoes...my toes pinched...but feels great with the Sidis....I got mine from Deporvillage in Barcelona....no vat or taxes....very quick delivery...How long are your feet in mm?

290mm and around 120mm wide - currently using Lake road shoes size EU 47 but looking at some MTB shoes.

My Sidi 46 are 280mm...so you need to look at SIDIs fitting chart... so 47 or 48?
