nice out today
Trialing my setup for a weekend's bikepacking in the Lakes in a couple of weeks time. Will be my first time so wanted to gauge pace etc with the extra load.
Is that Chew Valley lake?
Yes! Had a good ride out to the Mendips today, 7.5hrs in total and found some new bridleways.
Near Newlands corner
Nice, you ride out from Bristol? Done a good amount of walking and road riding round there, yet to take the mtb.
Not quite the scenery of some others in this thread but had a lovely ride in Surrey with the leopard boys today aka Pat Butcher Cycling Club
Yesterday’s adventure; 170km and 2850m elevation
@MementoMori - wow, amazing pics, that must have been one hell of a ride.
@LHL - I am in keynsham, rode from there.
From my recent trip to Scotland
Cheers, was quite the trip following Komoot’s suggestions, which let to some unrideable sections on the road bike from time to time. All-in, more than 8 hours in the saddle, a dirty bike and a sweaty arse. Perfect!
I actually planned a big trip yesterday as the forecast for today was terrible, woke up to clear skies and sunshine.... 🤌🏻
great pics! love the gravel tunnel
Where is this? Looks amazing!
Cheers! This is Veneto region in Italy, area between Trento and Rovereto.
