• A collision we missed at the time. Details of what happened here are sketchy, so best not to speculate, but it looks as if this happened on the two-teardrop-shaped 'longabout' under the A13 here. The teardrops accommodate the four slip roads onto and off the A13 here, and the mention of 'Marsh Way northbound' suggests that the rider was hit by the driver either as the driver was coming off or driving onto a slip road, or he may have been hit on the straight section connecting the teardrops.

A collision involving an HGV and a cyclist on the A13 junction Marsh Way northbound this morning has left one man dead.

As has been the case lately with a number of crashes, I can't find any reporting later than the brief notices that were taken from police releases at the time of the incident.

I only found out about it from the Standard article about the fatal collision in Harlesden two days ago:

  • Urgh. far far too many. RIP rider.
