Not sure I’m going to get to this project, having just had another Roberts track frame resprayed.
This is a 70’s frame, it has been drilled front and rear, and paint needs doing unless you want a ratty look, some high viz stickers on the seat stays and areas of hand touched/painted bits. Rust seems superficial.
It has all the Roberts trademarks, circular lug cutouts, beefy stays, round fork blade and nice flat crown. Long Campag dropout shape.
Threads all ok. Happy to include the stronglight needle bearing headset.
Measures 56cm c-c seattube, 57cm c-c toptube. 150mm headtube.
Trying this at £200 collected, Bournemouth.
Post could be an option but I’d like someone to inspect before purchase if possible.
Edited to say, social distancing, Covid regs fully respected in any collection.
Looks like I’m out on price here. So I’ll reduce to £180, and I’m happy for comments, offers, piss taking etc!
Edited to add, 570 is in the serial number database as March 1976.
