  • Just a reminder that tomorrow’s meet up is at the new and improved time of 07:30.

    Usual format applies - it’s a stay together, no drop session where people can do whatever they want without fear of being spat out the back.

    I’m planning a 3 x 12’ @ 95% FTP and am happy to share the workout file with anyone that wants it (or I can call out the intervals and times if that’s preferred, which seemed to work last time).

    I hope to see you all in the morning.

  • Calling it out last time worked really well for me if you don’t mind. I only have Zwift so no idea how to add a workout file over the top

  • recovery ride in my schedule so might just join and tap out the hour

  • See my post upsthread. You have to make the workout in zwift first.
    I’m 50:50 for tomorrow, may go for a ride outside.

  • I can share it as a ZWO file if you’d like to do this in ERG mode?

  • I hit a wall last week of Zwennui.
    Needed to step back for a bit.
    (also I decided that the Build me up plan really wasn't the right training for the moment).

    I managed a proper rider with a real life person yesterday. I feel like a new person today.

  • I did a proper ride outside yesterday for the first time in two months - my light went out after 90 mins and I'm broken today lmao

  • Did two outdoor rides over the weekend after 5 straight days of zwift so feeling knackered/having a rest today. Final week of build me up so supposed to have one of the 2 hour slogs but would be useless tomorrow morning if I did one

  • 3hrs of gales and showers in the real world won out for me this morning. After my big week in the other week I've just about had my fill of Zwift but do feel better for all the time spent on the turbo...
