Thanks for posting the video! Finally got the tape with full coverage and no bulge. I recommend Cinelli cork tape as it has sufficient stretch to wrap cleanly around the hood.

Supacaz is infamously tough even on simple handlebars because it has no stretch. So unfortunately I cannot recommend it.
