I love their super long seatposts they chuck on to ride through the the pits back to the start. Looks like they're all on bromptons.
You weren't at the National 24hr in 2013... ;)
I'm glad I'm not the only one that can't count laps or identify a finish line.
I was at the Youth Games the other week with a mate watching his son fly around on the BMX. Some of them have those huge squishy gym saddles on metre high posts to ride to/from the track. It's quite hilarious. My mate bought a seatpost extender for his son's bike. I've never seen one before. You learn something new every day. #csb
Just caught up. Rog absolutely sending an extra 100 meters is hilarious. Ridiculous sport
probably been mentioned already, but the guy commenting on the gymnastics sounds quite similar to johnny vegas
Nile Wilson? Good YouTube channel
Table tennis played at the top level is genuinely mind blowing. So fast.
I thought the same about the badminton yesterday. Great sport.
What are you talking about? I didn't see anything.
I didn't see anything.
I didn't see anything.
Sounds like you're watching the trap shooting
Kye Whyte just got the BMX men's silver medal, and Beth Shriver the women's Gold
Beth had to crowd fund when the tennis players flew in on private jets !
Following his gracious tweet after his crash with an official while on a training run a deserved gold for Niek Kimman in the BMX.
Fantastic result, well deserved indeed. I visited him last year, and saw him in action in his father's barn
So the BMX medals went to Netherlands, Colombia and GB in both the men’s and women’s.
Men’s - NL, GB, CO
Women’s- GB, CO, NL
GB win overall on points?
Just caught up with the BMX coverage on GCN / Eurosport. Jesus wept Rochelle Gilmore and that Kiwi fella were terrible. I think they called names wrong more often than they got it right. He got most of the tech bits wrong, like confusing fixed gear and single speed :O
Really happy for the Brits, excellent racing from them to stay out of the crashes. Shriever looked untouchable.
Billowy autoconnect ;)
Nuts innit. GBCT spent how much on developing a 10mm pitch chain for their track bikes??? No pressure...
Enjoyed the BMX, but they do look like jockeys on kids bikes.
got well emotional watching the bmx, off to do a few laps of the bird in bush track.
Where it all began eh
