Could possibly be interested in the 105 chainset (that you're replacing) if you were selling that...

Sorry @Saffronspokes, I'm planning on putting that on another bike, which in turn will be replacing some Dura Ace 7800 cranks with 48/39 chainrings, all in pretty good shape and probs listed on here tomorrow.......

How’s the back?

@sacredheart - thanks for asking!
It's getting better - I'm getting out for a couple of rides a week on the MTB but I suffer afterwards - trying to get a mile or two walk in most days though
Main problem is muscle spasms now in terms of pain, rather than "feeling" the breaks - last xrays showed that 3 of the four vertebrae have healed well, one not so much (apparently a "bit compressed") so have to have that looked at again in a few more weeks (I'm on 18 weeks now)
It's more painful than I thought t would be at this stage, and mobility isn't great sometimes, but considering how bad it could have been, I'm still counting my luck stars to be honest!

would this be the bike to use instead of my brompton so i can stop just 'bookmarking' all the interesting singletrack/flow icons on komoot?

Definitely @goosenoose! 👍😁

How big is it?

Photos finally done - apart from some tiny chips around the mudguard/rack eyelets, it's like new (as you'd expect after so few miles):

am i correct that its 105 derailers but GRX chainring?
Thanks :)

Not sure how that happened but the photos I posted yesterday came out really small, so here's a (hopefully better) attempt!

Moved to eBay this morning / thanks for the interest here but still available & I’m taking advantage of the £1 sellers fees offer ✅

Balls - why oh why do I trust ebay??
Sold it and the buyer was a complete no show - no comms and no payment - now back up for sale again!
Grrrrrr

I'll be honest. If this was £1k I would take it but price as is over my budget...

Sorry @fixedwheel123 - there's no chance I could get down to that - it's a beautiful bike and I'm already looking at a massive hit - I maybe shouldn't have got quite so enthusiastic about investing in it before I was fully recovered!
It might be a case of me having to hold on to it and hope for a "fuller" recovery - which hopefully will eventually come!

I only bought this a couple of months ago in the belief that the more upright position, softer tyres, etc would help me with my recovery from a broken back.....
...it appears not - I think it's going to have to be flat bars for me for the forseeable so before I lose too much on it, I'll pass it on to someone else.....
I haven't got any pics just yet, but it's this bike (see link below) - it has done maybe 50 miles tops so is in immaculate condition save for a couple of tiny scuffs and some paint loss around the rack mounts at the rear where it's had my rack fitted (I could potentially include that)
https://road.cc/content/review/244309-bombtrack-audax
It looks as good in real life as it does in that review - it's a beautiful thing!
Im after £1650 for it and can post (from Cheshire) for £50 fully insured
