Moving on from this, have my eyes set on something a little older and heavier (like me)
For Sale are:
Frame and Forks - 54cm (front Hi-Mod carbon/ rear Caad Optimo), new headset fitted 9 mnths ago
SystemSix Stem - 90mm custom carbon/alu stem made by Controltech for this frame
Hollowgram Si cranks - some rubs (see pics) with 110 spider but no rings, new bearings 200km ago
Use Alien Carbon Seatpost - 27.2mm version of the stock seatpost, with std and 9.2mm clamps
Pic shows at its now, but only above will be for sale.
Light and fucking fast, 6.9kg on that build. Frame has a few rubs and chips from previous owner (pics to follow) but nothing serious.
£450 (feel free to tell me if i'm way out)
Based in Bristol and would prefer not post, but maybe delivery/meets can be sorted.
And yet more
i'd be interested in the seatpost alone.
nice frame !
Noted if someone takes the frame!
Weird that the stem is custom made for this bike, to me it looks like the most out of place component as it's a bit stubby.
Nice bike and build though, and good price. Glws
It is a short version of it... back issues innit.
But they made it chunky to match the chunky head tube apparently, go figure
it's more matching on the raw alloy/raw carbon version of the frame
ohoh, roadiesean strikes again
Which means that seatpost May be available
Sold pending payment to @roadiesean
Don’t suppose the rest of the groupset is up for grabs now that the frame is gone?
Fraid not, that’s going on the next frame
As suspected, thought I’d chance it!
Back up for sale.
price bump before Ebay.
What are the clearances on the frame? Could you fit 28? Cheers.
I had conti 4 seasons 28s on mine
probs, i was running 25.5 (lololol jack brown). but they mesured 26 with space to spare.
Thanks both. @Matisse I’m not sure I can justify it right now. Plus I would have been annoying and asked for the possibility of posting as I’m in London. GLWS.
No worries buddy.
Up on FB and EBay now
