Tough and tubeless-ready 650b wheelset, 6 bolt hubs with Sram XD driver fitted.
Bought for a project that never happened so they were fitted to a bike but never ridden.
Full details here - https://www.wiggle.co.uk/race-face-aeffect-650b-mtb-wheelset/
Note - if you're considering these for a gravel bike, the front hub uses 15mm MTB thru-axle end cones with a 21mm diameter so may not fit 12mm thru-axle forks with 19mm slots. Race Face don't offer 12mm end cones for these hubs.
Bought for £159, will see if there's any interest at £100
Pictures to follow.
Hi, where are you based?
Hi there, I'm down in Brixton.
Photos now added.
Price drop to £80
Do you know if they can be converted to standard qr?
Yep, I have the QR end caps for both wheels.
Excellent...... assuming 100/135..... If there is any other qr standard!?
Would you be willing to box them up if I were to arrange a courier collection?
I'm not aware of any other qr standard - although I'm sure some manufacturer will create another one if not! I've never ran them QR (or otherwise) but the Wiggle listing has them down as 100/135.
And yes, happy to box them up for collection, I've still got the original box/packaging.
Cool, Thanks for the info
I'll take them then...... I'll drop you a pm later this evening when I've got the kids down.
Just realised you bought my old Albarda frame..... 😉
Hey, Tom! Yeah I did ha! You'll see I never got round to building it up in the end unfortunately.... But yeah drop me a message about the wheels when you get a chance.
I did see...... Hopefully it'll find a loving new home, it's a well traveled frame!
I have another Albarda, this time in black as I missed the old one so much.
I'll pm you now.
