I've got both sitting unused under my bed
storck aero 2 platinum (1200g with a 360g thm stiletto frame - RRP a gazillion) - used as my old hill climb frame - £500?
a wyndymilla custom TT frame (integrated front brake in the fork) sitting under my bed. I bought it new and have used it twice, tting just isn't my thing - £750?
I'm 5'9 but run a 78cm seat height so sure it will fit you

Both looks like size to small for me mate

I'd maybe ask for a frame size in particular. Someone your height could be riding anything from a medium to an XL depending on their preference and proportions.

Each brand size wise operate in bit different way. But good indicator would be that 420mm reach for my TT bike would be ideal. That usually on 55-56 size

Could you actually check size on both just so I can check on their charts.
But 99% I'm going to go for full build as dont want a hussle of searching parts -

Yeah, this.
Stack and reach on a small frame can be overcome with spacers for the armrest stack and a longer stem. I'm 5' 11", not hugely flexible and ride a 54cm Cervelo P3C

Lots of stack and reach difference between a modern and classic P3 though
