I‘ll take all three colors 😌
(Noting that I do not see my SL6 as a Mamil wagon 😤)
In other news I might have scored a CAAD that I have been emotionally attached to since 4 or 5 years and which I forgot to bid on 3 or 4 years ago on ebay which went for 300-400 at that time along with a nice clean pair of shamals 🤡🤡🤡
Will update soon. In the meantime I pray that this is not another scam 🤝
Hmm, 9/11 Caad 5 or Stars'n'stripes Saeco Caad4?
Needed a full hour to unpack this thing
Size sticker still on it
Looks like it had been built up once and since then been looked at
that is sexy
This is awesome, what are the build plans?
Dis gon be gud
As well as the incredible paint that looks like a survivor too, no corrosion or flaky paint. Hats off
Thanks guys, very much appreciated 😌
Also pretty happy how that turned out, especially since I have been scammed twice for old caads this year
Also, looking at the photos I noticed the sweet Coda headset…😳
Any thoughts on this? All the caad4 USAs I know rep Cane Creek
@vpCogworks I considered disassembling the black Saeco to finance an 11spd group and carbon finishing kit, which i can use on one of if the saecos at a time. Looking at the time I have at hand right now, this might be a spring/summer project tho…
Ah wow that's a stunner, chuffed for you. DA 9000 would look nice on this!
Was really positively surprised when I unpacked it. Except for the broken DA7800 crank arm, everything was pretty much mint
It was 7.48kg including wheels (tubs tho)
To be honest, two-tone groupsets are not my favourites but with the two tone frame this might really work 🤔🤔🤔
Very cool, 10sp Sram pls.
7800 crank looks more like it had a jammed chain than a crack to me.
@e54 you shoulda mentioned you were looking for this when you came to visit Berlin, I had the road and mtb tucked away in that storage unit.
For real? Size 56? 😳😭😭
@gertrudestein chain is unlikely as this area is covered by the BB. But my father (engineer) looked at it and said it might come from an untidy mould which touches this area
I have the same CODA headset on mine. Perhaps it's a EU spec thing?
@bamisoeptycoon hmm pretty sure all frames with cane or coda HS ive seen were EU
Oh and picked up another one of these along the way 😛😛😛
That looks amazing! So now you own what, like 0,01% of them ever produced?
Yeah they have been ridden 50k max i think
