Hello, I bought these Clements off a forum member a few months ago and only just managed to fit them, and turns out one has a split – how serious is this and can it realistically be repaired? Thanks

You could fix it with a large rectangular tube patch (if you really, really needed to).
It looks pretty long though, so bin.
I mean, I'd probably boot it and glue it and see how many miles I could get out of it. Depends which bike it's on. Like, wouldn't do that on a race bike, on a bike I'm going miles away from anything on the commuter if it's time critical when you arrive at work. Anything else is fair game.
