This happened in May last year (I couldn't find the exact date), but the Standard has just made a story out of it because the rider who filmed it only uploaded it last week. Fortunately, the rider doesn't seem to have been injured. Don't watch if you don't want to see someone knocked off:

He looks like a fast roadie, and the Cycling Weekly article linked to below says he is called Chris Impey--no idea if any relation to Daryl Impey.
Correction: The Cycling Weekly article says that Chris Impey was the rider who was knocked off.
