  • I ordered a frameset from them in september and still havent recieved the frameset... have sent them multiple emails, with almost no respond, ive called them but some answering machine takes the call immediately...

    It wasnt the most expensive frameset but it was still £250 or almost 3200 swedish sek that went south...

    What are the odds that it will show up at my doorstep?? Zero???? What else can i do???

  • Did you paid with credit card or via PayPal?
    Refund your money via bank or open PayPal dispute...

  • well, they are based in Latvia with a address - that would've been a red flag to me.
    did you pay with PayPal or credit card? if so you can probably get your money back from them?

    Uk registered office in eastbourne but contact details for Latvia.

    Hopefully you paid via a protected method, start a dispute to reclaim funds. If they are ignoring you and not communicating and you have no dispatch/tracking details then claim a forced refund via the service provider you chose. Hopefully credit card....

  • I think us on here have just had a quick look at the site. I have looked in the past but they sell nothing of interest to me. Sure there are a few more listed as that aren't in the uk.

    Red flags are but not in UK
    A registered Eastbourne address may just be a postal/office address to have the and UK tax reasons.
    Maybe the company has changed hands if the address change of Latvia is new to you.
    The blog is very active up to september 2018 then nothing for over a year.

    It comes up as a secure sight on my computer and i am in the UK.
    somethings not right or they have really piss poor ideas about customer service, lots of stock sold out too.

    Raise a dispute with your card provider. Goods ordered, paid for, so far no delivery and attempts to contact company are being ignored. Should get a refund forced by credit card company.
