Stuff for a beater build so I’m trying to spend as little as possible! Needs posting (to Bristol).
Shimano Brakeset. Something like tiagra 4700 or 105 5700.
I'm after a Wheelset to fit a shimano 10 speed cassette and 23-28mm tyres, rim brakes.
PM me bud
Have a set of 105 calipers, if you're still looking and a campy Record 1" threaded headset going for £15 as the crown race has been damaged upon removal.
looks like I have brakes and headset sorted now
I have a Profile quill adaptor I can post for £10? Cheers. T
Cheers - I’ve got my eye on a quill stem I think will be perfect. If I don’t manage to bag it, I’ll give you a shout if that’s ok?
Of course mate, no probs at all. Cheers. T
updated - after a full Wheelset now!
Need a headset again now. What’s cheap and available?
Got an alloy Campag Mirage HS. Lots of tarnish/patina and signs of use. Nothing deep or bad as such though, only aesthetic. Works as it should. Have just completely degreased it. £12 posted and can do that on Saturday for you. Thanks. T
Could you pm me a photo please? Cheers!
I do have a wheelset with a campag hu first wheels I ever built. Miche hub on rigid chrina wheels. They have been unused for a few years now.
Hey cheers but I’ve just this minute sorted a wheelset out!
How cheap on the headset? Wiggle have new for £14. Condor for £25.
I’ve blown all my project budget on brakes so I was hoping to pick something cool and second hand up for under a tenner, or failing that a Tange passage or something for £15 I guess.
I’ll send some pics tonight. Will post for £10 if that helps towards the build. Cheers. T
