Full victory/Triomphe would be cool too

Not able to put together complete vic/triomphe from the campy parts bin.

Ooh, simplex retrofriction, not familiar with them, but looking through the parts bin I found this (top left), looks like the right thing ? (but I only have the one lever)
Is it worth the effort trying to find a pair of these, or are they very rare?

Not rare but sometimes go for silly money on the bay, also available under different brands but identical.

Thanks for that. If so, what other brands could I be on the lookout for? Never been a fan of paying silly money

Spidel, Mavic and Gipiemme all used the design, probably to get on the bandwagon as a lot of people thought they were the best friction shifters of all....

Overhauling and reinstalling bb’s is one of my favourite things, especially old but good conditioned Campa ones.

Would look ace in my opinion. Never liked the benotto bar plugs though, maybe swap them for simple chrome ones?

The Benotto tape is always hard to put on perfect, it’s slim and there’s no stretch, so I’ve done one side and left the other for tomorrow. But I think it looks alright

It’s a french frame, so it should have simplex retrofriction shifters regardless of the groupset. Also from a functional pov.
