Just bought these Specialized shoes and they arrived without the holes under the sole to attach the cleats on one of the shoes. Underneath the sole is sealed so I can’t easily get under there. I have received a full refund from the shop who told me to not even worry about returning them but it seems a shame to throw away a perfectly fine pair of shoes for this one small issue,
So I’m wondering does anyone have any ideas that might work to get these functioning?
Cleat not clear, doh!
Buy a cleat nut here
Looks like the nut is installed from below rather than from the footbed?
Lifting that plate on the sole will probably be destructive.
In would be unusual if that was the case. They are nearly always accesed by removing the inner sole.
Thanks, am trying this
